Cancellation/Refund policy :
In
the event of cancellation of your reservation,
you are requested to inform us in writing and
the charges are as follows:
24 to 48 hours prior to arrival:
50 per cent of the room tariff plus tax as
per reserved room.
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: Room
tariff with tax for one night per reserved
room.
No Show: Room charge with tax for one night
per reserved room
Reservations
for more than 5 rooms will be treated as group
booking, the charges are as follows:
7 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the
applicable room tariff with tax for the block
of rooms reserved
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Total
room charges with tax for the block of rooms
reserved.
In case of Refund against
credit card subject to the cancellation policy
mentioned above, after the deductions of cancellation
charges and the Bank charges of our banker including
remitting and receiving charges of the transactions,
the net amount will be refunded to the Bank
of the Credit Card Holder. Under any circumstances,
no direct refund will be made to any individual
other than the Bank of the Credit Card Holder.
