2. What are the documents that are required during Check-in?
Ans: Any government approved photo identity proof with address of you and your companion is required while checking-in (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card bearing the holder's photograph and address). Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa.
3. What is the standard Check-in & Check-out timings?
Ans: Our standard Check-in & Check-out timings are from 12 noon.
4. Do I need to confirm my reservation before I come?
Ans: Yes, you need to confirm your reservation by telephone 48hrs before your arrival to hotel
5. What all facilities are offered complimentary?
Ans: Breakfast, 24 hours Wi-Fi internet connectivity, Newspaper, 24 hours room service is offered complimentary
6.What are the additional amenities that Hotel Tamanna offers?

7. Do you have the facility to pick up from Airport/Railway Station?
Ans: Yes, we can arrange a pick up or drop facility however same is not complimentary. A guest needs to inform us in advance in case he want to avail this facility.
8. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
24 to 48 hours prior to arrival: 50 per cent of the room tariff plus tax as per reserved room.
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: Room tariff with tax for one night per reserved room.
No Show: Room charge with tax for one night per reserved room
Hotel reserves the right to determine the amount of refund value incase of cancellation and amendments. It will take at most 15 days to process refunds for all services. There will be no refund for unutilized services unless specified.
No Show Policy:
In-case of No-show 100% charge for the reservation will be applicable
